Having trouble with the call?

Live voice calls depend on your browser, your device, and your connection. If the call stutters, drops, or Vika seems to disappear, these are the usual causes:

  • Bluetooth audio – Bluetooth headphones and speakers add delay and can cut out mid-call. Wired headphones, or your device’s built-in mic and speakers, are more reliable.
  • Too many tabs open – A browser low on memory can starve a live call. Close extra tabs and windows, especially other video or audio apps.
  • Background noise – Loud surroundings make it hard for Vika to tell when you’ve finished speaking. A quiet space keeps the conversation flowing.
  • Weak connection – A weak or busy network causes stutters and drops. On Wi-Fi, moving closer to your router helps.
  • Browser choice – Chrome and Edge handle live calls best. Firefox and some privacy-focused browsers can drop the audio mid-call.
  • Another app has your microphone – If Zoom, Teams, or a recorder is holding your mic, the browser may get no audio at all. Close it and restart the demo.
  • Short pauses are normal – Vika takes a moment to be sure you’ve finished before she answers. The indicator shows when she’s listening, thinking, or speaking.

How the demo works

  1. Press start and allow your microphone

    Your browser will ask permission. Audio flows directly between your browser and the session – it never passes through a third-party call platform.

  2. Just talk

    Ask Vika what she could handle for a business like yours – missed calls, quoting, booking, follow-up. She runs on showcase data, so push her.

  3. Book a real call if you like what you hear

    The demo ends with a genuine booking option in our real calendar – not a mock-up. That is the point: this is the system, working.

The honest details

  • Demo sessions run up to five minutes, with a daily limit per visitor.
  • Conversations are transcribed and retained. Share your email during the call and Vika will send you your transcript – the same feature we build for clients.
  • The demo persona runs on showcase data only. It has no access to live client records – the same isolation we engineer for every deployment.
